HS-Nauka

HS-Nauka is a UTAS manufacturing and design center of commercial aircraft application heat exchangers for OEM and aftermarket.  The business began in 1994 as a joint venture between Hamilton Sundstrand and a Russian company NPO Nauka, forming HS-Nauka in Moscow, Russia.  Since then Company has been improving design, development and manufacturing processes utilizing latest technologies and equipment.  In 2011, the company expanded to another green field facility in Kimry, Russia to meet the growing demand of the world aviation market including deliveries for the Boeing 787 and Airbus А380 programs.  Having a strong team of management, experienced specialists and qualified work force HS-Nauka is well positioned for the further growth.

HS Power Systems

The San Diego-based Fans business became a part of Air Management Systems in 2012.  This business unit has a long history of success as a Fan supplier to the Commercial and Military aviation markets.  The Fans group was formed by Sundstrand's purchase of Task, Inc. in 1979.  In 1999 Hamilton Sundstrand was formed and since that time our business has grown steadily.  The Fan business has designed and manufactured many fans in its history.  These fans provide a wide array of aircraft functions from cabin air recirculation, electronics cooling, engine inlet particle separation, vacuum waste extraction and condenser cooling.  They can be found on Boeing, Airbus,  Embraer and Bombardier commercial aircraft as well as many Military helicopters and fixed wing aircraft.  The San Diego facility also operates an FAA 145 repair station on site, which is capable of supporting the worldwide fleet.
